1/2 day or full day fishing/whale watching trips available from Icy Striat Point or from the village of Hoonah We normally do half day charters for fishing or whale watching (3-4 hours) unless you would like to pay for a full day. (6-8 hours) Time is usually determined by the length of time your cruise ship is in port at Icy Strait Point. I am able to accommodate up to six fishermen or whale watchers, but prefer to keep the fishermen to 4. You can do a half day of salmon and a half day of Halibut and/or bottomfish. The cost for a half day is $180.00 per person with a minimum of four people. (Prices do not include 6% sales tax, fishing license or the processing and shipping of fish) Full day charter is $350.00 per person (minimum 4 people, includes sales tax) up to six people (But you better like each other if there are six of you!) We can fish, and/or do some whale/wildlife watching. It is up to you. It is your Boat and Captain for the trip! All day charters include snacks and water. Also: Alaska state residents may have some really great opportunities that you might not know about, E-mail or call me. Multiple Days and nights can be reserved, see "lodging and rates" A 50% deposit is required to hold a specific date. This deposit is 100% refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled day if you cancel and a 100% refund if we cancel for any reason.
