We had a wonderful experience, especially since it was Reena's first time fishing. Frank took us to his secret triangle of Halibut and Reena was able to catch a decent size Halibut, while I was able to hook a sizable 25 pounder. After 2 hrs of our 4 our trip our arms were so tired from reeling in huge halibut that we asked to go look for Puffins and Bears. On our way back to the cruise trip we ran into some fellow passengers that only caught one fish in the same 4 hour period. They decided to book a fishing trip through the cruise – big mistake. You will have to rest occasionally from reeling in the Halibut. (even though I didn't rest, they called me the fishing hog). The scenery is fabulous and you may see every sort of wildelife. It is hard to imagine Eagles as an endangered species when they are such a common site. I could go on and on about the experence, but the best thing would be for you to experience it yourself.
